Our charges are based on the amount of time and skill required for each engagement. All fees are fixed with you in advance before any work is undertaken so that you know what you are paying from the start. We also try to collect our fees in monthly instalments to assist clients with cashflow.

All fees include unlimited telephone and email support during the year, so that you can contact us whenever you may have a query without worrying about the cost. We will agree with you at the outset the other items you wish for us to undertake on your behalf, and this will all be included in the fixed fee quotation we will provide. The only items we cannot cover by the fixed fee due to their irregular nature are Business Sales/Purchases, HMRC Enquiries and Inheritance Tax Planning.
Yes, whilst most of our clients are in Kent, we have clients in London, Sussex and the Midlands.
All of our staff are qualified chartered certified accountants and therefore you can be confident of a thoroughly professional service as you would expect. However, as you may not expect, we are approachable and pro-active towards our client’s needs and encourage clients to contact us throughout the year so that we can really get to understand their businesses.
